Virginia A. Suveiu, Esq.,  is a California attorney and educator. She is Of Counsel at Volkov Law Group. She is currently editing a handbook on Risk Management and the Law for Routledge. Virginia is a mediator and arbitrator for the International Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Bar Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She is on the Board of Directors of the National Contract Management Association-Orange County. She is affiliated with and has been invited to speak to professional organizations on business law-related issues. She is an active member of the State Bar of California and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Virginia has held numerous positions in academia, including as founding dean and professor, and currently she is an instructor and content developer for UC Irvine, from where she was given the Distinguished Instructor Award.

Neil's work experience spans multiple industries including legal services, healthcare, life sciences, retail, travel and transportation, energy and utilities, automotive, telecommunications, media/communication, and government.

Moreover, he is one of the few people selected for IBM's Corporate Service Corps leadership program that pairs leaders with NGOs to perform community-driven economic development projects. For his assignment, Neil lived and worked in Ningbo, China where he partnered with Chinese corporate CEOs to create a leadership development program.

In addition, Neil partners with entrepreneurs to define their products, establish their target markets, and structure their companies. He is a member of several investor groups like the Tech Coast Angels and assists startups with investor funding. Neil also serves as a judge in various startup competitions and mentor in several incubator/accelerator programs.

Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has worked vigorously across multiple industries to position herself as a leader within the Talent & HR field. She has built high performing teams, designed, implemented, partnered, and led her way through a global career in the following companies: Taco Bell, New Century Mortgage, Pacific Sunwear, Oakley, and Blizzard Entertainment.

She has since sat on advisory boards at UCI, Brandman, and USC, in addition to teaching several courses in Experience Management, OD, Teams, and Change Management.
